Shipping + packaging

The shipping costs incurred for your order will be displayed during the order process after you have selected the shipping method. You can view the shipping costs table for advance information. The information provides an overview of the possible shipping costs. These do not apply to islands, overseas territories or customs territories.

Note on the display of different shipping methods

We sell products with very different dimensions and weights. This ranges from a ball bearing weighing just a few grams to ball rollers with a single weight of around 19 kg and profiles with a length of 6 metres. To ensure that these different items can be purchased in one order, different shipping methods are sometimes suggested. In any case, you can always choose the most favourable shipping option.

We want to make sure that your order arrives undamaged. Most of our products are made of steel and are naturally quite heavy. We therefore limit package weights to 20 kg for normal goods and 25 kg for bundles. We dispatch....

Normal goods

up to 2 parcels á 20 kg = DHL within Germany, to EU and non-EU countries

over 40 kg = forwarding agency DB Schenker

Ball roller rails or roller rails

up to 120 cm length in small quantities = DHL normal parcel within Germany

up to 200 cm length in small quantities = DHL bulky goods within Germany

up to 150 cm length in small quantities = DHL bulky goods to the EU

up to 239 cm length by forwarding agent

from 240 cm length by freight forwarder long goods shipping (max. bundle 600 cm max. bundle weight 27 kg)

Rails over a single weight > 27 kg = only Pick-up by customer

Pick-Up by customer

Collection of your order is of course possible. Your goods will be packed for your own transport. Packaging suitable for forwarding must be clarified separately. Collection of the goods is possible after our prior notification of completion.

This display in the shipping methods can have the following reasons:

• For a few items in the range, we cannot offer shipping via the shop due to the dimensions and/or weights.
• For the shipping weight or item dimensions, normal shipping cannot be displayed in the shop for shipping

Information on the minimum order value

The minimum order value is €50.00 net plus VAT. You can increase the order quantity in the shopping basket so that the value of €50.00 net is reached or you can add further items to your order until the shopping basket value is reached.

Delivery time

The delivery times are indicated directly on the product. This information is given in working days and applies to normal order quantities. For orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as on public holidays in Germany (North Rhine-Westphalia), the next working day is the first working day.

We do not make partial deliveries. The article with the latest delivery time determines the dispatch of the complete order.

We are the manufacturer of the items and can therefore also react quickly to special quantities. However, we cannot provide delivery times for this in the shop. Please ask us about delivery options for industrial quantities.

The delivery times for parcel service consignments from handover to the shipping service provider are 1 - 3 working days within Germany. Delivery times to EU countries are 3 to 4 working days.

The transit times for freight forwarding shipments from handover to the freight forwarder are 3 - 4 working days within Germany. Delivery times to EU countries are 3 to 12 working days.

Payments

Payments can be made as follows.

Prepayment - You go through the order process and select the payment option ‘Prepayment’

You will receive an order confirmation from us with our bank details. Please transfer the money to our specified account within 5 working days. The goods will be reserved for you until then. Please state your customer number and the order number as the reason for payment. Once we have received your payment, we will dispatch your goods in accordance with our delivery times. The ordered goods are reserved for you for a maximum of 10 working days. After that, we must put the quantities back on sale.

Purchase on account (subject to creditworthiness) - You go through the order process and select the payment option ‘Payment on account’.

Purchase on account is only possible for new customers from the 3rd order onwards. Until then, please use the ‘Prepayment’ payment method.

If you are already a regular customer of Schulz-Stanztechnik and would like to make a purchase via the shop, please contact us. We will then set up a separate shop purchase account for you.

We will check your application to purchase on account. If approved, we will dispatch your goods in accordance with our delivery time. We reserve the right to switch to the prepayment payment method. We will send the invoice for delivery by e-mail to the e-mail address specified in the shop on the day of delivery. Invoices are due net cash 8 days after the invoice date.
